Can a Ranger make potions? How do you heat the cauldron?

Not sure how the temperature increases on the cauldron.

Temperature increases after you put the first ingredients in, until you finish the potion. Adding ingredients will bring it back to blue (cold) and then it will cycle to hot again slowly.

Thank you. I had a reasonable suspicion that the temperature was automatic, but I thought certain classes had flame spells or something too.

Definitely remove everything from your belt before you start. It is really annoying when you keep grabbing your belt item instead of the mats.
