Can't Pick Up Loot / Use Equipped Items (Ie. Harvester, Cards) / Open Storage

I am experiencing the same issue as someone else who had posted awhile ago:

Can't pick up loot / use cards / use items

For some reason, I can’t pick up items, or use anything with my hands. This happens occasionally, but not too often, and for some reason it is based on location. For example, as a scoundrel, I was unable to pick up any of my cards until the boss. I noticed my hand didn’t glow yellow when I was trying to pick up loot, a chest, interact with my cards or tools. When I went further into the dungeon, and went into a certain area or possibly certain height, I was then able to use my cards, pick up s…

It is a bit frustrating since I cannot even do events like the Portal Event and Flying Fish since it requires me to interact and pick up.

My class is a scoundrel and I cannot even pick up cards.
Paladin abilities cannot be used either.
Any items equipped (Ie. Harvester or Selfie Bot) cannot be picked up either.

Logging out and logging back in does not work either.

This appears to be affecting me only as others around me can loot and interact fine.

I’ll send the output_log.txt file to [email protected] hoping there is a fix for this.

UPDATE: Thanks for the response. It turns out it is not affecting me today, so I’m fine for now.
I’ll update again if the issue re-occurs. Perhaps a hard restart of the game is what made it work now.

Hi, sorry for the issues - did a full restart of the game fix it? Sometimes just doing a relog of the game doesn’t clear up everything. If you experience it again, let us know if you were doing anything in particular before it happened or if it was completely out of the blue. We’ll figure out what’s causing it. Thanks!
