Libram of Protection Busted?

Based on some short testing, it appears that Libram of Protection is not providing the 5% damage resistance (EDIT) with 5 charges…

Tested by keeping a full 5 charges active, taking bolts and healing right before the next set of bolts to compare damage, then doing the same with a melee mob. Further testing can be done if necessary, but as of this moment it appears to be busted.

Your flaw is having 5 charges when being hit. Which is a scenario that never should happen. With 5 charges:

I didn’t even consider that the number of charges would cause a difference.
