So I just found out that Mayor Kaia is Tinny’s daughter, but that Tinny never mentioned her father to her. I also found a book in the player house that states Bart had a thing for Tinny, but she didn’t return his feelings. It says he exiled her not because of that, but because it was her best chance at survival. Is there any chance that Kaia is Bart’s daughter? Just because Tinny wasn’t interested in a relationship doesn’t mean nothing ever happened.
