I recently went to the auction house to buy a Mouse Dragon for 1250 Dram. However, when I purchased it, I did not receive the item, and my Dram was taken. Is this a bug? Or is there a specific place to retrieve my dragon?
If it was a bid then you don’t get the item immediately. If you bought the dragon then it will appear in the chest behind you while facing the auctioneer. If the chest is not refreshing, then place an item in the chest to force it to reset.

In case you tried to buy out and tried all what Sift suggested, there was/is a very recent bug with the dragons:
So if still persisting, best either send an ingame report (via the i - button in the menu) or contact Mathieu_D
