So I was told by someone who was really good at shaman to get tile sets for my shaman when I hit 30. Is there anywhere that I can buy these tile sets?

there are many recipes, you can go out and find them across the world. just like the potions.
you should have most of them by now, check your book in the potion recipe tab

no, absolutely not, each tile means something different.
they each have specific timings, attacks, and orders
you have to make tiles that give you a good and effective rotation of attack
so you can either design your own, or I have a friend SenpaiDaddy that has tilesets that work

If you want to design your own, find a buddy and have them record you, then you drink a runesmith potion and just attack the training dummy outside highsteppe.
Your friend will see runes spear above your head, those are the runes you want in your tilesets
Or you can stalk senpaidaddy on the alphabet armory and you can see his personal tiles

also important that they’re different tilesets on each piece, having more than 1 of the same tileset will not work

No one sells them right now, and all they do is increase dps
