You can still spam cast without lend a hand, so you could just not take the talent?

Yep, thatās the point. Lend a hand has pros and cons to it, while this new talent would be a strict buff to mage. Mage doesnāt need a strict buff.

Have you heard of teleport only. Why would Dev make a feature which fixes a hardware issue???
That is the only con, only case were no lend a hand is good is like HM boss 4 (when playing boss dps) and even then its still not very good. Additionally thereās also a fairly good use for no lend a hand in PVP settings
