Yeah, lots of assuming there. Only the 2nd one could be close there friendo (assuming your assumption is correct [which it wasn’t]).
The enrage on both bosses is 20 minutes. Or on Hard Mode on Boss 4 it activates an enrage if you mess up 3 bells in a row.
We didn’t use this strategy. Though I don’t think it would work very well due to Riley’s comments on the slow stacking. I did start kiting preemptively when we hit 15 min but it became pretty apparent that the enrage wasn’t happening yet. Once we noticed this we finished the boss and reported it to the devs. Didn’t hear anything back regarding it so we figured it wasn’t a bug and the timer had just been moved.
Well that makes a lot more sense.
We never got to 15 mins so I guess I shouldn’t have jumped to conclusions.

@Riley_D 50% less damage does not solve this problem. twice 2 fights in a row, one person came back from hell and was targeted immediately and the other person came back 1 second later, and got 1 shot by the AoE. There is no way ‘in hell’ (pun intended) that this can be mitigated. I think the 50% was a good idea, but indeed, immunity or 90% reduction would be more suited here.
Better yet: immunity to being targeted by the aoe for 1 second after returning or just being immune to the aoe damage for 1 second (if the tank is in the wrong spot and the aoe hits I also think that should be on the party and people should not be immune)
If people drop the poison pools by the exit I think they should be vulnerable there.
