Add a player controlled blacksmith shop maybe you would have to gather materials then come back to your stand to craft the
,something’’ and if not enough players come maybe there could be like missions to sell the stuff to the npc’s. Btw: you could have a class
And also a blacksmith and or other jobs.

This has been suggested many many times and it hasn’t been implemented sooo good luck I guess.
