I have done (i think) three quests from the brotherhood guy near the vulcans point teleporter, and gotten nothing else from it other than dram and xp. I have been trying to get the brotherhood cloak, but I cannot get any more quests from the npc and i havent gotten the cloak either. How do I go about getting the cloak?
you can no longer get the brotherhood cloak, it’s a quest reward from old-game.
