I set my home to Guild City and when i move back to Highsteppe i come out of Guild City. I all rdy try talking to the NPC out side Guild City 2 times but it did not help
You have to get another housing deed and talk to the lady in front of the highsteppe home.
There is a npc next to the player house in guildcity that can help with that.
