The person that uses the dungeon shard to activate the shard dungeon doesn’t get the dram reward at the end if they don’t get a lucky gear drop, this was a bug in olbus and is still happening now, it feels bad to finish the shard and only get rewarded with a new shard where everyone else gets either a drop or dram
