So in the game after beta will we be able to make a guild/fellowship with out the epic founder pack? or Will we need someone with that pack to have a fellowship?
You will be able to buy fellowship and merchant stall certs with ingame currency. The epic founders were given some as a perk for the backer level.
With that said, to upgrade your fellowship it costs 1 cert per level so depending on how active/helpful the members are it could take a bit to buy each level upgrade
