I was in game, i just leveled up, then crashed, tried to load up the launcher again and i get this
help please 
the image isnt loading but it says
ERROR: Unable to download correct file after multiple attempts. Couldn’t update to v2.71
Go ahead and download this file:
https://rebornpatch.orbusvr.com/file/orbusvr/update/RebornLauncher-2.71.zip
And replace your current launcher with it, should solve the problem.
