The Guild Hall is pretty dark, but there’s a bunch of wall-mounted and chandelier style lanterns in it, why not let us shoot a fireball at them to light them up?

Perhaps they have plans to allow guilds to spend some dram to hire a contractor to spruce the place up along with an electrician to fix the broken lights!
