How do I contact support?

I purchased the Nimbus Mount from the Cash Shop today and I expected it would be immediately added to my inventory as advertised, however it hasn’t shown up.
Who do I contact to resolve this?

Has the cash gone out of your steam account/oculus account? If so try going over to the Backer Rewards NPC and waving at them, they will give it you if you are missing it
