Hey a question some of us have had. We were wondering where you get the cuckoo clock blueprint? Some say overlevel chests or public events but we have some players who have done thousands of both and don’t have it. This post is checking first if this is where you get it and second a check to make sure it isn’t broken.
It comes from public event crates.

How rare is it? A few players reported doing about 300 public events and still not getting it.
I double checked and it looks like it’s only from public events in the Wastelands.
