Purchasable bags of dram you can equip on your toolbelt like dragon treats but instead you toss them in the air to make it rain on other players. Maybe 1k dram per bag but players get 800 dram from it divided by the number of people in the AoE.

Or it can give everyone in the air n equal amount of dram like 100 or something but it would make for a great party favor to celebrate victory or something but then again it could break the economy fast so my idea sounds bad now that I think of it.
lol deteriorated pretty quickly. Yea giving a flat amount of dram to each player would just be duping dram.
