So the other day I was playing musky in pvp battlegrounds and as I was capping a point I put down my turret but after placing it it was back on my shoulder to throw out again as well as on the ground, I thought it was just a visual bug so I threw the one on my shoulder back down to try to fix it but nothing happened and in about 5-10 seconds the one on the ground disappeared and I was able to throw it out again. then later when I did a 15 shard and the same thing happened. Unfortunately I don’t have a video but I can try to get one

That happened to me too. I relogged and it fixed itself though.
