I like to spam the notes and try to make my own rhythm. This is not that great for the players around me. Is there/ can there be a way to mute my instruments so that I don’t bother everyone?
other people can disable bard vfx in the graphics settings, which’ll also make them not hear bard noises

No need for that, in case somebody in the future has a similar question 
would be cool to select a song to be played when useing a bard
Well you kind of do in selecting the order of the instruments
i mean have a us play a song then tapping random notes
