So a possible fix for out of bounds, that can be combined with the black screen.
Add a timer, if your not out after that time = death + respawn.
Well you have the occasional but very rare black screen while standing in the middle of an open field bug. Would be a shame if you die from that with PvP on too. Also can you even see the rez button while in the black screen?
