Likely still demo. Your key from the Oculus version of the game doesn’t transfer to the Steam version. The only way to get the Steam version if you have the Oculus version is to purchase it again.
Here is the dev’s official response for cross-buy. This pertains specifically to Steam → Oculus, but it works the same for Oculus → Steam.
Likely what’s happening with your account is that if you play a class that is already greater than level 10, you just won’t gain any more experience on that class while you are playing the demo. You also won’t have access to the Auction House, etc.
