And providing more info would likely be good, are you on pc, on a quest, playing via steam (there, apart from reinstall, you also got verify options for the game files), on oculus home or…? For example if you’re on a quest a factory reset might help (not advising this, just a guess; might not be a client issue after all, but devs can and likely will check if your acc is ok on server).
