Is faction hero the last main story quest or is there more?
It’s the last one for now, the Act 3 is currently planned in 2 weeks according to the roadmap.
as Skiki mentioned above it is the last one for now, with the rest of the main quests being added in on May 7th, but we did add some additional side quests to help get you from that Lvl 16 (where the main quests should be ending right now) towards level 20.
