To preface this, I have played on the old game and my character is from it.
I have a problem where any time a tutorial comes up that follows your head movement, it will never go away without restarting the game, but it can still retrigger if I go to close to the tutorial area.
In reborn if you are talking about the animated tutorial images there is a red X at the top right corner you can click to close that specific tutorial or can go into your player menu and disable all tutorial images from appearing. If its something other then that can you provide more details to get the problem tracked down
Please definitely fix the missions tab/menu ‘resetting’. Every second or two, it resets back to the top and flashes as it does it, which makes it extremely difficult to read the missions. Worse when moving, but even happens when sitting still
