Frostbolt 2 and Arcane missile : can’t put them in the journal, after rubbing the journal, but can still cast them.
Hi, thank you for reporting. We’re aware of these issues and they’re on our todo list to fix - like you said, you don’t need them in your journal to practice and cast them, and that’s intended.
