The selfie bot does not seem to have saved any photos, did the directory move?
The steam folder [%appdata%…\LocalLow\Orbus Online, LLC\OrbusVR\screenshots] no longer seems to exist after this last re-install.
It might be a Windows thing too. I tried copy/pasting what you have there into File Explorer. No dice.
I tried just %appdata%, which took me to a folder without a LocalLow directory. If I manually navigated to the AppData folder within my user account, it pulled up appropriately.
Edit: Ah. I figured out what it was doing. %appdata% takes you to …AppData/Roaming/. I had to back out one level to see the LocalLow directory.
