Wanted to post to update the community that there is an error causing a crash to happen within shard dungeons mainly (it has happened a few times in normal dungeons but not near as common). We are working this issues currently and will hopefully have a server patch for it soon. Sorry for any problems this has caused, and if you lost a shard from this crash please report it to Daynab (Mathieu) and we will replace the lost shard. We are also saving the server logs so we can look up those lost shards. I will post updates once we have a working solution to the error.

We deployed an update to the server to fix the error that was happening, should be live as of 7:40 PM CST 3/2/2021. If you start a shard after that time you should be good.

Another update on this, we’ve restored the shards which were lost due to this issue, if you were affected you’ll find it back in your personal house chest.
