I broke down the snowman blueprint and it did not show up as available in my blueprint list.

For optimization purposes, if you are in the basement at the time of breaking down the item, you have to open the tinkering chest for it to update the UI properly. Otherwise try rezoning and it should show up when you check the list again.
I rezoned and relogged. still not there
Even after opening the chest? Hmm also it may be at the very top of the list hidden so you may need to scroll? I do see the log where it should have unlocked for you. I would have to do some further investigating if its still not showing
I have everything I should need to make the snowman. It still is saying I can’t make it.
We’ll have to do more digging. Seems to have unlocked correctly when testing on our end.
