Every time I go into a shard or raid randomly the sound shuts off. I can’t hear anyone and they can’t hear me but I can still hear the game sound effects. It has been happening to me a couple times every shard and it also happens sometimes in highsteppe. Is there a fix for this?
Hi, which headset are you using, and has it randomly started happening that you recall, or has it always behaved that way for you? We can investigate further.
It started about 2 months ago. Also I’m using the quest 2
