I’ve finished the Catch of the Day 7 and got the Fishing Cape.
But i saw at wiki that i suposed to get a Straw Hat in Catch Of The Day 6.
I did that quest just a few days ago and got the straw hat, have you looked in your chest or in the transmog closet in case you accidentally destroyed it?
Just checked now.
No sign of the hat in both of them 
If this really is a bug, you really want the hat and don’t want to wait for a dev to fix it for you, then you can also get the hat and other lvl 1 fishing armor by getting agro from a red tail as a fisherman while a party member kills the mobs for you.
