Stuck but in PvP

Somehow I wound up getting beneath the water under a bridge. Going to grave means I lose treasure maps. I couldn’t sword rush, pally port, and I’ve got the wrong talents so I can’t Totemic Call. Home cookie doesn’t work because I’m in PvP.

What should I do? Devs, is there a solution for this?
