Can anyone tell me why the Stuck in Battle button can only be used every 9 minutes? I got stuck twice in a row in a bad part of town. What is the issue with using the button whenever needed?
It’s on a 10 minute cooldown so you can’t abuse it. It essentially breaks you out of combat. It’s already abused for people to switch classes mid-battle in group content, or to immediately drop all aggro.
The best way to get unstuck, ironically, is to kill something else.

I get that killing something does it but in this case, my health was so low that this was not an option. I had to log out and back in to clear it.
