You should have added some not-applicable responses. I have never done some of what they were asking me to rate. Also, there should be a text box (limit characters) for feedback that the team might have not thought about asking.

They also should add responses for:
What Level are you? Are you playing solo or with Friends? Are you in a Fellowship? What class do you prefer and why?
They game feels very different if you are low level with no friends/fellowship you can relay on.

They do say to leave questions blank if they are not applicable to you, but agree that a N/A box would be less confusing.
The survey is only one way to get your feedback, in addition to all the posts on the forums and such. You can leave questions blank if you don’t have an opinion or haven’t experienced it. We will take your feedback in consideration if we do another survey in the future. Thanks for answering!
