Probably not a good idea, seeing as that could potentially lock people to the new area.

It could be in an item crate on drop like the harvester then it is soulbound once opened and still tradable beforehand

I don’t see any reason to make it tradable
If I die in PvP, I’m screwed and that doesn’t make sense
