Teleporting costs less stamina than sprinting?

So we did a bit of a test and because with sprinting you are not regenerating stamina, teleporting at about the same speed costs less stamina. Is this a bug?

It’s probably just an overlooked design consequence, you could pause stamina regeneration while picking a new teleport spot but you’d still be able to walk + teleport where as you can’t walk + sprint to cover the same distance. It’s a tricky set of features to “reach parity” with, other than maybe decreasing the cost of sprinting.
