Using in game players for voice actors?

Hopefully its ok I post this, just a random thought.

I for one, absolutely love this game. Been dreaming of a vr RPG since I was like 10.

Need any voice actors? The Legend of Tweedles would buy a plane ticket and fly to wherever you are and be a voice actor for free if it meant being immortalized in the game.

This idea actually has promise. Of course youd have to screen people somehow. But I can only imagine youd get all the free voice acting youd ever need this way.
