Walk speed shouldn't depend on controller tilt

You have to hold a controller level to the ground to move at max speed. Why? You can already decrease your speed by not pushing all the way forward on the touchpad/joystick. I think there is no reason to walk slower than max speed, so having two ways to slow down is very unnecessary. The controller tilt method of slowing is just a hassle and forces holding the controller at a somewhat awkward angle for very long and frequent stretches of time.
