I try to reinstal , reboot , try to repair , change my room
Someone tell me about server but i try all the day and nothing change

Sorry to hear that. What is your characters name? Is this your first time playing or have you played before?

You might try on the login screen on the left hand side choosing the Simple connection type tonsee if that makes a difference.
