Where the old rare dyes like Toxic waste suppose to drop from the trash in the dungeons instead of the bosses? They are a lot less rare now. Was this on purpose?[

Scott’s complaint is that they drop from mobs and not just the boss, making them common for anyone running shards

Well I never understood how people dye and re-dye all their stuff with rare drops only comin from bosses 
… And the problem is, if that is changed now, a few people who did alot of runs since the patch were able to stock amounts which become super-valuable over night.
Perhaps there could be new more rare colors introduced instead, since there’s also many colors still missing (as someone worked out in another thread).
