As an FYI, Elongata which they say might go to as well, you can attend at levels 14+ with a decent rate of survivability

The world bosses will continue to be killed, repeatedly, for some time yet as they have the best rings in the game atm. As well as being great fun for large groups
To survive a WB, I would suggest:
Elongata, be level 14+
Sanyael, be level 20
Although if you don’t care about surviving the fight…
