Still have missing journal pages (spells)

So is this still a known bug or is it just me? I am missing the two journal pages for two spell pillars in lavamore and Rainforest, one is clearly a blank page and the other wont add either.

I and others i have met have come across this issue, touching/rubbing the book into the pillar does not add the spell sometimes.
