Right now, the characters do not have much customization choice.
I also feel like a giant baby with the size of the characters head. Will there be any future choice to change head shape, size, gender etc?
I recently played a pre-alpha VR MMO with some amazing customization options for my character (really liked the way they set that up).

oh yeah j, how right you are. I would like it so much that you can choose more. many characters look the same. I often confuse the players in the distance. The game desperately needs some customization options for the characters
We will be adding additional customization options in the future, yes. Obviously the gear dyes are a step in that direction.
They could add different body types 
. In general I think that they have bigger problems like those bugs in the beta than customization. Maybe later

True, I would appreciate new and more hair for men and women. More colors for those basic traits like eyebrows and hair would also be nice.
I’d settle for having a hat/helm and hair at the same time.

Agreeing on more customization options. Can we get different species? And I second the need for smaller heads on player characters…and perhaps torsos! Our hands are constantly clipping through both
I would love to see different species! Demi-Humans, Demons, maybe even with their own “species” advantages. Sorry this is a totally different dynamic that would change the game drastically. But it would still be cool.
