Could it be that for some reason Lightning Forged procs, but doesn’t do damage? Because it’s wierd i didn’t see it doing anything in an hour, i was solo so everything was super close each other and i paid attention on the health bar of the other mobs while attacking only the mob at the center.
Or maybe the chance is just so low that didn’t proc at all for me.

Maybe the only way to see the effect is if another mob right next to your target suddenly loses some hp?
Charged strikes seems to be getting a guarenteed crit every 11 hits, resetting after a crit occurs, not every 10 as quoted:
I made a short video to show this today. Although the trimmed video doesn’t show it, I am wearing a charged strikes bow. You can see me hit 10 consecutive non-crits starting at ~0:05

Okay I will get that fixed.
I will verify the lightning proc is doing damage as well.

Just wanted to float that question one more time: Does Lightning Forged require multiple mobs for it to proc?
Yes the damage is done to the additional mobs in the area, not the primary mob.
