A suggestion from the past that is someone else’s is to make it a major affix rather than a minor fix. It won’t reduce frequency of backbug but backbug in and of itself isn’t terribly problematic. Backbug + reflective + reincarnation is very annoying. If it’s a major affix it’ll not be in such horrid combinations as we get now.

I assume you mean make it a brutal affix? Its already a major affix, but i think going the other way could also work, making it a minor affix instead of a major one. That way its not a thing that stays for a week(or more) at a time, but rather something you get every now and then on a shard.
It may be a bit hard compared to the other minor affixes tho, but thought I’d throw the idea out there.
