Not a technical bug, but quest text claims she gives a Dram reward for fishing up the eels that may have eaten her dog. However she rewarded only coconut milk and no Dram.
The reward is probably intentional, but her dialogue keeps saying Dram payment.
Thanks for that catch, the quest text has been changed a few times (was one of the original quests we had all the way back in Alpha testing), Ill get it updated.
