is this the same issue as scoundrels hitbox eating their bullets?
Thereās only one thing left the Scoundrels are hitting from what I can tell, and weāll have that fixed in the next patch.
Can you please exclude the Musk turret from the lock hold mechanic? There would never be a reason we would want to have the turret locked in our hand. Thanks!
Iāve only played musketeer in the beta for about an hour, but one thing I noticed is that if I shoot where Iām looking, I donāt hit my āhitboxā. If I turn the gun 90 degrees and shoot either to my left or right (at the extreme edge of my vision), I hit my own hitbox with the bullet (I see the collision animation long before it would have hit anything).
Also, I know it has been mentioned before, but the lifewell orb is horribly too bright!
Wanted to give some more feedback from my playthrough. Leveld a brand new Musk from 1-30, got him geared up in a mix of +3/+4 gear and managed to run all 4 bosses on a 10 shard (Broken halls boss 2 broke us) Weapon was at +3. Couldnāt manage to nab that elusive +4 before needing to log. Healing feels like itās in a pretty good place % wise after the increase. I feel life well heals for so very little for the crazy long timer it is on for cool down. Cure wounds also could maybe use a 1 or 2 second decrease. Just something to consider.
The update you did to stop the invisible hitbox eating orbs did help. But one issue I finally connected that I was having was that I pull my gun hear my chest to load (thinking several may do this) and then fire with a quick flip for speed heals. What ends up blocking my hits seems to be my gun interacting with my turret or the blue model of the turret when it is deployed. This wasnāt an issue in old orbus due to it being lower. If you could somehow not make the 2 interact in some way that would fix one of my issues with shots getting blocked every once in a while. I do like having my turret higher in my vision, it is SO much easier to glance and see it without having to move your neck so far down. Wish I had this for Boss 3 Expert mode runs.
Overall I am super duper happy with the MAJOR hit detection improvements youāve made. It has made having to move around and heal a real joy.
