I just upgraded to beta but the download stops extracting about half way and then when i cancel it says that I might not have a valid password. Help pls.
Hmmm…I’m not sure I’ve heard of that error before. Can you take a screenshot of what’s happening?
I see, yeah I’m not really sure about that particular zip opener. Can you just right-click the Zip file and use the built-in Windows zip extractor? (Right click -> Extract All…)? If not I would recommend getting something like 7-Zip.

I just got the Mail to download the luncher. I did it, and bekame the message, that my account doesn´t have access to the alpha. I´m no native, so i´m not sure if it´s a mistake… I didn´t buy the game, so i´m not sure if i would have access to the alpha…

If you didn’t buy the game (founder pack or higher) then you don’t have access for this Alpha test. However, there will be an Open Alpha test in two weeks where everbody can join for that test, including people that didn’t buy the game yet. So you yoo

If you previously downloaded the game already, you can copy over your resources/app/client folder from your old launcher folder into the new one, and you shouldn’t have to re-download the whole game if you were already on the latest patch.
Hey I want to pre-download for the open alpha but when i log in it says I don’t have access to it yet? Is there an account upgrade or something I have to do?

For the open alpha 7/28/17 I just downloaded the launcher and tried to install but it says I do not have access currently. Will I not be able to download the game files until the Open alpha goes live tomorrow? Was hoping to have it ready to go.
