Black Screen on my main character

Hello,

When zoning, the game crashed and I was left with a black screen. I have tried re-loading, rebooting etc and each time I log into the game, I find myself in a black void. However, if I log onto my second character, there is absolutely no problem, all systems normal. My main character’s name is “Cool”. Can you please advise me?

Hi, I’ve just reset your character position to your player house, that usually fixes it - let me know if there’s still an issue.
