Whenever there’s a issue that causes the game to crash you have to put in quite a bit of effort to report the issue if you have to send over log files.
I would suggest adding a crash report tool that pops up when the game crashes.
So the logs with a description of the problem can be send to your servers without all the hassle.
If it also checked for similar reports like on the forms, that might save you guys some trouble.
